Unfortunately, cleanliness and noise levels were disappointing, with upkeep and disturbances from other guests detracting from the overall comfort.

Request extra towels upon arrival to avoid delays. the housekeeping can sometimes be slow to replenish them.

I had a significant issue with room service. After requesting two bottles of water, they never arrived despite assurances. Additionally, the bathroom had a persistent leak that wasn’t addressed properly, leaving a water puddle behind. I expected better from a hotel that bills itself as a luxury destination.

This place suits me perfectly with its amazing pool, 24-hour reception, and great Wi-Fi. On my first stay, the staff helped me with directions, and I still appreciate that. I can’t wait to return for a romantic escape!
